How much notice do we need?
Kidmoto is pre-booked rather than on-demand, so we need some notice to assign a driver and pre-install the right car seats.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. That is a recommendation, not a cut-off. There is no fixed minimum — how much notice we need depends on the city and on which drivers with the right car seats are free at that moment. We regularly accept same-day and short-notice rides, so it is always worth asking rather than assuming.
If your pickup is soon, or the website will not let you select your date, email us at [email protected] and we will check live availability for you. See I need a ride today but I can't book on your website for the details, including the $30 late booking fee that may apply to short-notice rides.
Trips that aren't to or from an airport
Airport transfers are what we do most, but they are not all we do. We also take hotel, resort, cruise port, theme park and local point-to-point trips. Availability for these depends on whether a driver with the right car seats is free in that city at that time, so please ask us rather than assuming — email [email protected] or share your trip details and we will check.
Before you submit
Make sure every detail is correct — in particular the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time, and the age and weight of each child so we bring the right car seats.

An adult must ride with the child for the whole trip. Kidmoto does not transport unaccompanied minors of any age.
