Kidmoto is pre-booked rather than on-demand, so we need some notice to assign a trained driver and install the right car seats. For New York, New Jersey, and Orlando, bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. For all other cities, including Washington, DC, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Same-day and short-notice rides are not supported through the standard online or app booking process. However, if you're booking close to your pickup, text us at (844) 542-5188 and we'll check live availability.
Just make sure to put all the correct information and you're good to go! This includes ensuring that your booking request specifies the correct pickup and drop-off locations.
NOTE: Always double check if the information you have entered is correct to avoid possible issues with your appointment. Kidmoto does not provide local point-to-point transportation, such as daycare or school drop-offs and pickups. These limitations are in place to maintain the quality and reliability of the service for families.
