Am I charged for cancelling my Kidmoto reservation?

Kidmoto's cancellation fees: $30 close to pickup, $75 once a driver is on the way, and 100% of your ride subtotal only if the driver has already arrived. Subtotal excludes tolls, taxes, surcharges, fees and gratuity.

Written by Support

You are never charged 100% unless your driver has already arrived at your pickup location. That is the only circumstance in which the full ride subtotal is charged.

What "subtotal" means

Your ride subtotal is the base fare for your trip. It excludes tolls, taxes, surcharges, fees and gratuity. So a percentage-based cancellation charge is always calculated on the fare itself, never on the extras.

Flight delays and cancellations

For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust automatically, so a delay usually needs no action from you. If your flight is cancelled or you need a different date, email [email protected] and we'll reschedule. See rescheduling fees.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] or text 844-542-5188. We confirm every cancellation in writing — if you haven't had confirmation from us, the cancellation isn't yet effective, so please follow up.

This policy applies to reservations confirmed with a driver, whether booked through the Kidmoto app, our website, email or text message.
