The charge that you see on your bank statement is most likely an authorization (pending charge), and not a real charge.
Our payment processing provider captures pre-authorizations on credit cards to prevent fraud and identity theft.
Pre-authorization temporarily reserves funds to charge at a later date and is applied 24 hours before pick-up time. It's a way for us to confirm your funds can go through successfully and will be released after a few days.
