If you believe you left an item behind in a Kidmoto ride, we'll do everything we can to help you locate it!
As soon as you notice you are missing something, please email us.
You may send us specific detail about your item(s) and where you believe it might be in the car.
Please note that in order to compensate the driver for successfully retrieving and delivering your item, we will charge you a Lost item fee.
Neither Kidmoto nor drivers are responsible for the items left in a vehicle after a trip ends, so before getting off the vehicle, make sure to double-check all your belongings.
We're always here to help, but we cannot guarantee that a driver has your item or can immediately deliver it to you.
