Yes. Our cancellation policy is the same all year round — there is no separate holiday policy and no holiday surcharge on cancellations.
$30 if you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled pickup (within 8 hours for pickups between 12:00 am and 7:00 am).
$75 if your driver is already on the way.
100% of your ride subtotal if your driver has already arrived.
Your ride subtotal is the base fare for your trip. It excludes tolls, taxes, surcharges, fees and gratuity.
One thing to keep in mind over the holidays. Drivers and vehicles book up fast, so if you cancel and then want the ride back, we may not be able to return it at the same time or price. If your plans are only shifting rather than falling through, ask us to change the booking instead — it's free 24 hours or more before pickup and holds your driver.
