Kidmoto is a pre-booked service, not an on-demand one. We assign a driver who arrives with the correct car seats already installed, so we need lead time to match your trip with the right driver and vehicle.
How much notice to give
At least 24 hours is a good rule of thumb for most trips.
Book further ahead for holidays, weekends, early-morning pickups, larger vehicles, or multiple car seats — these fill up first.
Short-notice and same-day requests
We'll always try. Availability depends on your city and how close to pickup you are, and a $30 late booking fee may apply to short-notice rides. If we can't cover your trip, we'll tell you rather than leave you waiting.
