How early do I have to request a ride?

We suggest that you book a ride in advance so we can plan and work on finding you a driver ahead. Giving a driver at least 24 hours notice is a good rule of thumb.

However, please note that scheduling a ride in advance doesn’t guarantee you’ll be connected with a driver. In the rare case you’re not connected with a driver, we’ll inform you at the end of your pickup window.
