How can I be sure that my car is coming?

You will receive a confirmation on the KIDMOTO APP or via email once a driver has been assigned to your reservation request. Please be aware that your ride is not confirmed until we have assigned a driver.

The assigned driver may be subject to change based on availability. You will receive the specific driver details via email and SMS typically 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
