How do I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation through the Kidmoto app or simply email us so we can cancel your booking for you.

Failure to contact the Kidmoto Support Team at support@kidmoto.taxi regarding cancellation on time may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare.
