It is the customer's responsibility to notify our support team of flight or itinerary changes. The passenger may email our customer service at support@kidmoto.taxi at any time. (Rescheduling of a reservation is subject to availability)
- If we are able to accommodate your changed plans, a rescheduling fee of $20 on top of the quoted rate for your reservation will be charged, UNLESS you reschedule 24 Hours or more in advance of the scheduled pickup time.
- If we are unable to accommodate your changed plans, your reservation will be considered a cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy.
