Here are the steps to take if you learn that your flight is either early or delayed:
1. Please email us at support@kidmoto.taxi with your reservation number, updated flight number, and arrival time. We will endeavor to assign your ride to another available driver.
2. Contact your assigned driver via call or text to confirm their availability for the adjusted arrival time.
Your driver will track your flight and notify us if they cannot meet your new pick-up time. We'll then find another driver and update you by email.
For airport pickups, Kidmoto drivers monitor your flight for on-time service. If your arrival is delayed or early by over 45 minutes, your assigned driver may not be available. Kidmoto will make every effort to secure a replacement driver.
Arrivals either delayed or early by more than 2 hours will fall under our rescheduling policy. Kidmoto and its drivers are not liable for cancellations due to driver availability issues.
