If your flight gets diverted for any reason, Kidmoto would dispatch the driver and charge wait time accordingly.
As soon as you know your flight is diverted, you can send your updated landing time immediately to support@kidmoto.taxi or contact your driver directly. Kidmoto will do its best to accommodate your new pick-up time or find you a new driver, and may fall under our rescheduling policy. However, there is no guarantee.
Kidmoto and its drivers are not responsible for major flight changes. Rest assured though that we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip.
