For pickups at the airport, Kidmoto drivers will track and monitor your flight to ensure a timely pick-up.
However, if your arrival is delayed or early by more than 45 minutes, there is a chance that your driver may not be able to provide your ride. Kidmoto will do everything possible to find you a new driver.
If your flight is early or delayed by more than 2 hours, this will fall under our rescheduling policy.
Kidmoto and its drivers cannot be held responsible if your booking gets canceled due to driver unavailability.
Here is what you can do as soon as you know that your flight is early or delayed:
1. Call or text your driver to know if he/she can do the ride at the new arrival time.
2. If the driver can't, please send us an email at support@kidmoto.taxi with your reservation number and your new arrival time, and we'll do our best to match the ride with another driver.
Please note that your driver will also be tracking your flight and will notify Kidmoto support team if they are no longer able to accommodate your new pick-up time. Kidmoto support team will then work on finding you a new driver and you will receive an update via email.
